The PN18-5900 from Mobile Mark is a high performance DSRC antenna that comes in a surprisingly compact panel design, perfect for directional coverage on 5.9 GHz networks.

Rated for 10 Watts of power and operating at a substantial 18 dBi gain, the PN18-5900 has the ability to transmit DSRC signals directionally with ease. The overall dimensions of the antenna are 5.8” x 5.8” (146 mm x 146 mm), a small size given the impressive performance that it delivers. The “PM” model of this antenna comes with hardware for pole mounting, however a “WM” version is also available with an adjustable wall mount.

When exposed to very cold or hot temperatures, the PN18-5900 has no problem standing up to the elements with a temperature range of -30 degrees Celsius to +80 degrees Celsius. It also has a wind survival rating of 100 mph minimum, even with 1/2″ (13 mm) radial ice. The antenna terminates with an N jack connector exiting from the back of the antenna. Separate cable assemblies are available from Mobile Mark to connect the antenna to the modem.
