Frequently Asked Questions
This section of the website is designed to answer questions that come up when people are looking at their RF needs and trying to figure out which antenna will be right for their application. Certain basic concepts like VSWR, bandwidth, gain and directivity, polarization, etc are explained briefly.
If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to call us or to send us your question via the Contact Us page. We will do our best to answer your question, and maybe it will appear on our list to be shared with others!

Ordering Products
Open account terms or Net 30 are offered, after appropriate credit approval. Information required to establish credit authorization is (1) bank reference and (2) trade references, minimum. Mobile Mark also accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card.
Other forms of credit include wire transfer in advance.
Mobile Mark products are shipped EXW Itasca, IL. Standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Some products must ship ground freight, due to size limitations. Shipping charges are prepaid and are added to the invoice. Customers may also choose to provide their Carrier Freight Account Number. UPS shipments are available in Red (Overnight), Blue (2 day), Orange (3 day) and ground. If you wish to use your FedEx or another account, you may provide us with your account number.
Our products are generally warranted for 3 years (contact us for a copy of warranty/details). If you need to return Mobile Mark product under warranty, you must receive a return authorization number and approval from Mobile Mark. To do so, simply call us or email us. For warranty items, the product will be repaired or replaced. When you return a damaged product, the RMA number must be clearly visible on the shipping label. Returns are valid for defective products.
Yes. Many Mobile Mark products can be purchased through Distributors. The Distributors stock certain models for immediate shipment. The following is a current list of Authorized Stocking Distributors around the world. See our Distributors page.
A Credit Application is available for customers wishing to set up Open Accounts with Net 30 terms.
The Credit Application requires: 1) bank references and 2) trade references, minimum.
