Cellular LTE, WiFi & GNSS

The MXFG 02 Series antennas always includes two Cellular antennas, up to four WiFi antennas and one GNSS antenna.

The Cellular LTE ready elements cover the frequency range of 694-960 & 1710-3700 MHz.  This includes the new CBRS (Citizen Band Radio Service) at 3.55-3.7 GHz and Band 71 at 617-698 MHz.

The  GNSS element operates on GPS, Galileo, Glonass, QZSS or Beidou at 1561, 1575, & 1602 MHz. This provides MIMO (multiple-input-multiple-output) coverage for both Cellular and WiFi.

The MXFG 02 Series  is ideal for fleet management systems that combine GNSS with a broadband cellular modem as well as a WiFi MIMO modem. The antennas can be mounted in a fixed location, or they can be mounted on any mobile vehicle including car, truck, or bus. 

The antenna elements all fit in this slim tapered radome that mesaures only 7 1/2″ long x 2.25″ wide by 2.5″ tall (19 cm x 5.7 cm x 6.4 cm). The antenna housing contains a stylish combination of matte & polished finish, providing a sleek, high-tech look on the vehicle. 

All of the wideband antennas presented here offer coverage up to 3.7 GHz, but a full line of antenna covering 600 MHz – 6000 MHz can be found on our Sub-6 5G-ready 6-2-6 industry section.

The MXFG 02 Series always contains 2x Cellular LTE elements, but it can also be configured with up to 4 WiFi elements.  The model numbers will change as follows:

MXFG302: 2x5G, 1xGNSS
MXFG402: 2x5G, 1xWiFi, 1xGNSS
MXFG502: 2x5G, 2xWiFi, 1xGNSS
MXFG602: 2x5G, 3xWiFi, 1xGNSS
