The IW-5900 from Mobile Mark is a standout among Mobile Mark’s products for intelligent transportation systems (ITS), offering stable 6 dBi gain performance across the entire 5.85-5.93 GHz band.

This design has a unique internal element tilt that matches the angle of the vehicle windshield that the antenna is mounted on, providing unparalleled DSRC performance for mobile applications. Research and governmental groups conducting DSRC trials will find that the IW-5900 is an ideal solution when testing is being done with personal or temporary vehicles. The advantage of this antenna is that drill mounting is unnecessary. The IW-5900 can be easily installed to the windshield of the vehicle with attached double sided, very high bonding tape.

The IW-5900 comes standard with 1 foot of LMR-100 cable, and the connector type can be determined by the customer to meet their specific needs. The radome material is made out of black ASA plastic, which is a widely used durable material for antenna radomes that also provides environmental protection.
