Wireless M2M Device Antennas
Mobile Mark offers fixed-position Wireless M2M device antennas that are weather-ready for outdoor installations
Itasca, IL, April 2, 2015 – Mobile Mark now offers Wireless M2M (machine-to-machine) rubber duck style device antennas that feature a weatherproof over-molding. This protective over-molding guarantees the antenna will remain fixed in the initial installation position and will also protect it from harsh weather conditions.
While standard knuckle swivel antennas can be useful in Wireless M2M settings where the antenna needs to be adjusted from straight to right angle, Mobile Mark recognizes that some installations demand an antenna that will remain in a fixed straight or fixed right angle position.
The new PSN and PSNRA device antennas from Mobile Mark provide peace of mind in an attractive, economical package. Of course, the PSKN adjustable knuckle swivel models are still available for Wireless M2M installations.
In addition to providing a fixed profile, these antennas are completely protected from moisture ingress, a critical feature for outdoor wireless access points and remote monitoring units.
This option is available for Mobile Mark device antennas that cover conventional M2M wireless frequencies at 3G (850 & 1900 MHz) as well as wideband Wireless M2M applications that include 4G LTE (694-960 MHz & 1710-2170 MHz).

PSKN3/700/2700S Adjustable 694-960 & 1700-2700 MHz
These half-wave antennas do not require a ground plane for effective operation. This makes them ideal for use with Wireless M2M modems or devices with no substantial ground plane. They can even be used with data products that consist of all plastic chassis or case.
The radome material is semi-flex polyurethane, providing some give when stressed but maintaining long-term durability. Standard connector styles available include TNC or SMA.
These weather-ready Wireless M2M access point antennas will be featured at the Mobile Mark booth at the DAS & Small Cell Forum in June 2015.
