St. Mgr. Product Innovation
The Sr. Manager, Product Innovation will be responsible for Interfacing with Customers, Design Engineering, Sales, Operations and Marketing Communication that will result in first-to-market solutions that are preferred by our end-user customers.
Senior Account Manager
Overall Scope of the Position
The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for sales and customer support of Mobile Mark solutions in the assigned International territory (Middle East, Asia, Pacific regions). The Sr. Account Manager participates in setting and achieving both broad and tactical sales goals, objectives and programs for their assigned region. The Sr. Account Manager will interface directly with OEMs, VARS, Distributors and various Government agencies to facilitate the selling process. Activities also include order processing and customer service and management through the company CRM. This position reports to the V.P. of Sales.
Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain trust and build relationships with existing customers while increasing sales and the number of customers.
- Interfaces with VARS/Resellers, OEMs, Distributors, System Operators as well as Federal/Government entities to facilitate sales of Mobile Mark Antenna solutions.
- Contact existing customers, follows up on sales leads and cold-call potential new customer contacts.
- Demonstrate and articulate both the business value and technical benefits of our antenna solutions to clients, and partner companies.
- Develops sales strategies specific to geographic markets and the potential customer base, develops Sales forecasts.
- Documents customer interactions, orders, and negotiations in the company CRM system.
- Formulates, documents, and executes strategic sales plans for their assigned territory.
- Coordinates with Marketing for the development of communication plans within their assigned territory.
- Fields customer requests for technical assistance, and customer support.
- Identifies and communicates significant market trends, develops plans based on these emerging trends.
- Regularly communicates the client’s goals and represents the client’s interests to the team, provides regular two-way communication between the client and team.
- Interfaces between internal groups and customers to develop custom design specifications. Coordinates with Engineering management to facilitate the development of custom configurations.
- Travel as required for trade shows, seminars, customer on-site interactions (sales and training).
Personal Requirements
- Must have a high level of dedication and be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Ability to set and meet specific sales goals and strategies, experience creating and maintaining key accounts.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to perform presentations and sell to “C” level personnel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and keen problem solving and objection handling skills.
- PC proficiency and experience using business software (Outlook, Office, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
Education and Experience:
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university with a technical or business focus.
- Prior sales experience and demonstrated success with large international accounts.
- 5+ years’ experience in technical products sales preferred.

Estimated Total Compensation: $80-$110k per annum
Accounting Administrative Assistant
The Accounting Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with all aspects of day-to-day accounting as it relates to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other related functions.
Specific responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:
· Daily processing of customer invoices
· Credit Card processing
· Daily processing of vendor invoices
· Works closely with Office Manager on timely accounting closes
· File upkeep of Closed Orders, Closed Payables
· Answer and route incoming phone calls
· Sort and distribute incoming mail
· Routinely assists in general administrative functions as required
· Performs other incidental and related duties as assigned and required
Specific Job Requirements:
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Strong keyboard skills
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
· Knowledge of SAGE software or other Back/Office Operations Software
· Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PC Systems
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma
· 2+ years of previous related experience
· Should possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets
· Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language

Estimated Total Compensation: $35,360 to $43,680 per annum based upon experience
