Marketing Manager

Mobile Mark Inc. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing this pivotal role will initiate comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and accelerated business growth. This is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remotely).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Management & Planning
- Design and optimize workflow processes to improve Marketing team efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of quarterly marketing activities in support of the overall business objectives.
- Manage content calendars supporting email campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research that aligns with quarterly sales strategies.
- Collaborate with global marketing team to oversee creation, maintenance, and management of marketing content for the department.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of comprehensive marketing go-to-market strategies and tactics.
Digital Marketing & Channel Management
- Interest and or experience in eCommerce website administration and eCommerce sales.
- SEO and Google Analytics: Evaluate current methods and develop initiatives to generate qualified leads and drive in-bound inquiries from target customers via email campaigns, supplier promotions, and surveys.
- Coordinate improvements for corporate websites including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and white papers to support SEO and lead nurturing.
- Ability to build strong cross functional teams, develop new and creative go-to-market assets that translate complex technical features and unique values proposition into clear, and compelling messaging that align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Event & Campaign Management
- Responsible to plan, manage and attend trade shows, industry events, webinars, and email campaigns as part of integrated marketing communications programs.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Plan and implement promotions, campaigns, and events to support business objectives and engage target audiences.
Required Skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting goals and timelines.
- Familiarity with market research with strong analytical skills, conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proficient analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw sound conclusions.
- Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design, layout, and marketing media creation, including video.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and major social media platforms.
- Ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships.
- Team-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable with basic mathematical concepts relevant to marketing metrics and budgeting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (required), advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing and sales support experience.
Language & Communication Skills
- Skilled at responding to inquiries from customers, and business partners.
- Ability to effectively present information to management and stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Aligning local Communication efforts for the USA with corporate marketing teams
Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel is required in support of trade shows and customer events.
Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. for packing and setting up trade show materials.

Engineering Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, innovative Engineering Manager to lead our talented engineering team in designing and developing cutting-edge antenna products. In this role, you’ll guide engineers and technicians through every stage of the product lifecycle — from concept to production — ensuring our designs meet the highest standards for performance, quality, and cost efficiency.
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll balance technical leadership with team development, helping drive creative solutions and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Quality to ensure every product not only meets customer needs but stands out in the market.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of engineers, CAD designers, and technicians in product design and development.
• Manage daily engineering activities — setting project priorities, reviewing designs, and ensuring on-time project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support throughout the design and testing process.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop new product concepts that align with customer and market demands.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, and efficiency.
• Work with Purchasing and Quality to ensure all components and materials meet performance and quality standards.
• Stay current on RF and antenna technologies, materials, and industry trends — bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, documentation, and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Occasionally visit customers or trade shows to provide technical support and represent our engineering expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in antenna or RF product design and development.
• Strong technical foundation in wireless systems, RF design, and electromagnetic theory.
• Proven success managing engineering projects and leading technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by seeing ideas come to life.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trade shows, and technical support.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred), ideally with a focus on Antenna or Electromagnetic Design.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, RF simulation tools, and related software.
• Experience in RF testing and quality assurance processes.

Key Account Manager
Summary Of Responsibilities
We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our partnership with a key account. This role focuses on building deep customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional support and alignment between Mobile Mark and the account.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Key Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the account and internal teams—ensuring that business goals, product strategies, and customer satisfaction align to achieve long-term success. This is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remotely).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the account, managing all sales, communication, and support activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales, engineering, and purchasing teams.
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve annual sales and growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for new product adoption and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop pricing, proposals, and contracts that balance customer value with company profitability.
- Lead quarterly business reviews to discuss performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate terms and agreements, working closely with senior management and legal counsel when necessary.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new project opportunities.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Act as the voice of the customer internally ensuring needs and priorities are communicated to engineering, production, and customer service teams.
- Coordinate with Marketing on joint promotions, training materials, and product communications for the sales force.
- Track all account activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
Market & Product Insight
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product direction.
Travel
- Travel to offices, customer sites, and industry events as required (approximately 25%, including some overnight travel).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing large accounts, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or wireless communications industry.
- Proven success managing seven-figure accounts and long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
